llThe next step is to take an on-site survery of existing lighting. We will work together with you to determine what retofit measures you desire and how the incentives will apply. Finally, a proposal is formulated and ready to be considered.
Once the proposal has been presented, you have several options. The document can be signed and submitted immediately, or you can take up to 30 days to decide. And of course, you may choose to decline without any obligation whatsoever.
PRE INSPECTION
INSTALLATION
IOnce authorized for construction, we will give the project an approximate installation date. Several days before that date, we will call you and make sure that agrees with your schedule. The time frame from the day the proposal is first submitted to the day of contruction is usually no more than 35 days. In some instances, this time frame can be less than a week.
IMost projects are completed in one day. Others may take longer, depending on the size of the business. Upon completion, you will be required to pay customer cost as was specified on the proposal. This is normally 10 to 20% of the total project cost. Post inspections will be completed several days after project completion.
POST INSPECTION
The proposal will be submitted for authorization the moment it is accepted and signed. It is then subject to a pre inspection performed by the utility company's representative. After inspection, it will immediately be authorized for construction. Our company has 30 days to complele the project from the time authorization has been granted.
